About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Companion Care Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and domestic assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Offer social and emotional support to clients, promoting their independence and well-being
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • Australian National Police check or ability to obtain prior to start date
  • Current first aid and CPR certificate or willingness to obtain prior to start date
  • Driver's licence and your own car with fully comprehensive insurance or willingness to obtain prior to start date
  • Blue card or ability to obtain prior to start date
Preferred Qualities
  • A passion for delivering exceptional care and support to individuals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic experience with technology, including smartphones and basic use of emails
