About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Construction Support Specialist to join our Pre-Site Operational Customer Support team.

Your primary focus will be on supporting customers through their pre-build process, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage customer expectations and provide regular updates on the status of their home during the pre-construction process.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Provide accurate and detailed project information to internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to meet customer needs and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and project details.

Requirements:

  • Construction industry experience is essential for this role.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
