Transaction Advisory Services Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Transaction Advisory Services Manager. This position requires an individual with extensive experience in managing transaction engagements related to acquisitions by strategic corporate buyers and private equity investor groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and participate in transaction engagements, providing high-quality work to clients.
  • Analyse financial/operational results of targets through reviewing accounting records and conducting interviews with management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, building trust between teams.
  • Identify key value drivers for clients, correlating due diligence findings with client valuations.
  • Assist Directors and Partners on proposals and new business opportunities.
  • Aid clients in making informed business decisions by offering valuable commercial insight and technical expertise.
  • Lead a team of Senior Associates and Trainees on high-level engagements, including mentoring and delegation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least three years' experience in a transaction services or M&A role, preferably with some management experience.
  • Experience in building strong internal and external relationships.
  • The ability to achieve a high level of work, maintaining accuracy during busy periods.
  • A strong educational background, preferably with a completed CA, CFA (or equivalent).
