We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Pharmacy Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately preparing Webster packs, organizing them for Residential Aged Care Facilities and Community patients, and maintaining our high-quality packing system.
Key Responsibilities- Packaging medication with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Organizing the timely packaging of facilities ready for delivery.
- Participating in quality improvement activities to enhance our packing program.
- Maintaining inventory levels of Webster consumables.
- Safeguarding a clean and clinical packaging area.
- Ensuring compliance with store policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- At least one year of experience working in a pharmacy setting.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-motivation and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
This is a permanent part-time or full-time position, offering 25-38 hours per week. You will have flexible hours, working Monday to Friday without weekends. Ongoing professional development will help you grow your skills.
