Job Description:

Our organization seeks a seasoned Identity Management Consultant to lead the implementation and support of Identity & Directory Services for our clients. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, technical expertise, and strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

">

- Design and implement identity solutions by collaborating with project teams and stakeholders.

">

- Conduct systems analysis and performance assessments.

">

- Interface with senior-level personnel and deliver technical information in a concise, understandable fashion.

">

- Manage and evolve client Identity & Directory Services.

">

- Participate in Identity & Directory Services support to ensure stable IT services operation.

">

Required Qualifications:

">

- Minimum 5+ years of applied professional experience in information identity or related fields.

">

- Strong knowledge of identity technologies (AD, DNS, DHCP, AADC, Azure AD etc.) and principles.

">

- Strong aptitude for problem solving, identifying solutions, and following through to resolution.

">

- University degree or equivalent work experience in communication systems.

">

Desirable Skills:

">

- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory Management.

">

- Demonstrated experience in Identity & Directory technology in on-premise and Cloud environments.

">

- Hands-on experience in the design, implementation, and support of infrastructure solutions.

">

- Experience with infrastructure project delivery.

">

Personal Skills:

">

- Ability to interface with client and engagement teams at an appropriate level.

">

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

">

- Effective working without direct supervision.

">
