We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to fill this entry-level position in our dental environment. This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop skills in patient care.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team, and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist dentists and hygienists with routine procedures, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient practice operations.
- Prepare treatment rooms for patients, setting up instruments and equipment according to established protocols.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient information, adhering to relevant data protection regulations.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients and colleagues, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements:
- Entry-level position (0-12 months experience)
- Diploma or Certificate in Dental Assisting (or equivalent)
- Current CPR certification, ensuring timely response to emergencies
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, accommodating patients' needs
