Personal Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide high-quality care to our residents. As part of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with daily tasks such as showering, dressing, eating, and social activities.

  • You will work collaboratively with our clinical team members to ensure that care plans are followed and that our residents receive the best possible support.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation is essential in this role, and you will be expected to maintain up-to-date records and contribute to a safe and healthy environment.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to families and the community is crucial in this position, and you will be expected to demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly;
  • Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people;
  • A reliable team player who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • An understanding of workplace health and safety principles;
  • A Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent) qualification; and
  • The willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
