As an experienced Aviation professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by conducting high-quality training programs for our pilots. Your extensive knowledge of operations manuals and regulatory documents will enable you to make informed decisions that ensure safety and compliance.

About the Role:

  • Conduct thorough captain and first officer training sessions, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each individual.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our operations manual suite and relevant regulatory documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to trainees, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging open communication and collaboration among team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective training programs, leveraging your expertise to create engaging and informative content.
  • Work closely with the Head of Training and Checking to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for increasing safety on our fleet.
  • Foster strong relationships with trainees, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their training journey.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments and best practices, applying your knowledge to drive continuous improvement within our organization.
