Job Description

As a Digital Records Manager, you will play a pivotal role in sustaining and enhancing the records management framework.

This entails overseeing the annual attestation process with all asset owners across the organization, ensuring alignment with privacy and security obligations and activities.

You will also improve periodic compliance reporting for records retention schedules and navigate occasionally conflicting regional regulatory obligations to advise the business accordingly.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across the organization, as well as risk and compliance functions to ensure successful implementation of policies and change.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in information and/or records management governance/policy, interpreting legislation and regulation to maintain retention policies and standards, and advising on retention schedules.

A significant amount of experience with business classification schemas and record retention policies is also required, along with the ability to implement frameworks, policies, processes, tools, and controls to improve records governance, reduce risk, and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
