We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Risk Culture & Education initiative, shaping a culture that prioritises risk awareness and mitigates potential threats.

This strategic role will drive the development and implementation of comprehensive risk education programs, fostering a culture where staff feel empowered to identify, manage, and report risks effectively.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and educational skills, with the ability to translate complex risk concepts into accessible learning formats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver tailored risk education programs across all departments and levels.
  • Promote risk awareness through engaging communication strategies and learning tools.
  • Collaborate with leaders to embed risk behaviours into planning and operations.
  • Measure and monitor risk culture maturity and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and regulatory changes.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Risk Management, Education, Organisational Development, or a related field.
  • Strong experience focused on risk in a learning, or organisational development role.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering education programs in risk, compliance, or governance.
  • Strong facilitation, instructional design, and stakeholder engagement skills.
