Job Title: Risk Management Professional

As a Risk Management Professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of project personnel, particularly in high-risk environments such as transmission lines and substations.

This position is part of a joint venture to design, build, finance, operate, and maintain a renewable energy zone transmission project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach and mentor project personnel on risk management systems and best practices.
  • Identify, monitor, and report emerging risks to the project team.
  • Collaborate with the Safety and Training departments to identify and develop training programs.
  • Assist in incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead by example by promoting a positive risk culture within the organization.

This role requires a proactive approach to identifying potential hazards, addressing them positively and collaboratively with project field leadership.

Requirements:
  • Cert IV or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety.
  • Experience as a Safety Practitioner in transmission lines, substations, civil earthworks, and high-risk environments.
  • Electrical experience and/or qualifications are highly desirable.
