This role is responsible for working with internal and external stakeholders to identify, develop and implement appropriate evaluation and improvement activities with commissioned service providers.
Through insights gained from on-the-ground partnering, the role will lead the review and implementation of NT PHN's evaluation approach.
The role will need to ensure appropriate change management processes and tools are utilised to support adoption of evaluation and improvement approaches, through working closely with internal stakeholders across the NTPHN organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement evaluation and improvement activities with commissioned service providers
- Lead the review and implementation of NT PHN's evaluation approach
- Ensure appropriate change management processes and tools are utilised
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across the NTPHN organisation
- Tertiary qualifications and/or at least four years relevant experience in a community development, public health, social science, or other related field
- An in-depth understanding of the Australian Health System, in particular primary health care, primary health workforce and the NT context
- Demonstrated experience in program monitoring, evaluation and learning, preferably in a responsive service delivery organisation
- Experience in cross-cultural research and evaluation methods, preferably within health contexts
- Demonstrated experience in co-design or human-centred design methods to support the design and delivery of complex projects
