Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • A current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of workplace health and safety principles.
  • Previous experience working within a residential aged care setting in a similar role.
  • Strong coaching and training skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
