Lead Aged Care Operations

As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for driving exceptional clinical care and operational excellence within our aged care facility. Your leadership will ensure that our residents receive the highest standard of care while meeting organisational objectives.

Reporting to an approachable executive management team, you will enjoy support from external teams, including quality, HR, and operations. You will lead a skilled clinical care manager on-site and a team of experienced aged care registered nurses at all times.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight to drive business outcomes
  • Clinical Governance: Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse DIV 1 - AHPRA Registered
  • Proven Operational Leadership Skills & Experience
  • Proficient Computer Skills and Working Knowledge of iCare (Desirable)
  • Understanding of WHS Responsibilities, Including Manual Handling Principles
  • Knowledge of Aged Care Legislation, Accreditation and ANACC
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Valid Police Check Clearance
  • Must be Eligible to Work in Australia
