We are seeking a highly skilled Airline Training Pilot to join our team. As a key member of our multi-disciplined crew, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest operational standards within our aviation operations.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and deliver flight training programs that ensure safety, compliance, and excellence in all facets of our operations. You will work closely with our Head of Training to achieve this goal.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Reliable and responsive attitude with a strong focus on problem-solving.
  • Self-motivation and substantial organisational capabilities, particularly in high-pressure situations.
  • Passion for upholding our core values of care, integrity, collaboration, and innovation.

In addition to the above requirements, your application would be enhanced by:

  • Experience in operating aircraft in remote areas.
  • Familiarity with Cessna C208B and Pilatus PC12 aircraft.
  • Knowledge of rural and remote Australia.
  • Current flight instructor rating and/or Flight Examiner Rating.
  • Experience in emergency retrieval practices and Airborne Law Enforcement (ALE) operations.
  • Turbine engine aircraft experience.
