Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement engineering processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality maritime systems.
  • Provide specialist system, technical, and equipment knowledge of maritime systems to support project delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders to build meaningful and lasting professional relationships.
  • Manage engineering documentation, including review and edits, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide expert engineering inputs into cutting-edge technology to support the development of innovative maritime solutions.
Requirements
  • Experience working within a Defence maritime environment, with a strong understanding of maritime systems and technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a focus on maritime systems or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Process-oriented with good attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Australian citizenship and the ability to obtain a NV1 security clearance.
