Senior Occupational Therapist Lead

This leadership role involves guiding a team of passionate occupational therapists to deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to clients with disabilities. The ideal candidate is a clinician who thrives on purpose, progress, and authentic connection.
Key Responsibilities:- Foster clinical excellence and wellbeing among team members.
- Manage caseloads while providing mentorship, supervision, and guidance.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to bring heart, humour, and humanity to work.
- Ensure services are culturally sensitive, person-centred, and aligned with best practice.
- AHPRA registration.
- Possession of leadership skills and qualities.
- A valid driver's licence and access to personal vehicle.
- WWCC, Police Check, and NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Dedicated Leadership Support: 1:1 mentoring and access to senior leaders.
- Professional Development Opportunities: Monthly internal PD + $1000 training allowance.
- Study Leave: 4 paid study days annually.
- Flexibility in Work Arrangements.
