Data Analyst for Aviation Databases

Job Opportunity:
We seek a meticulous individual to build and expand our aviation databases. Your work will involve researching new sources of data, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Search: Daily search company websites for new data content to maintain thoroughness and efficiency.
- Database Management: Regularly update airline traffic data, financials, and tourism data to ensure it remains current and accurate.
- Source Research: Continuously research new data sources for airlines, countries, and industries related to aviation.
- Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data and create reports in CAPA brief format for publication, creating infographics as needed.
- Airport Profile Updates: Update the airport construction database daily, adding new profiles as required.
Requirements:
- Education/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or tertiary level qualification
- Key Competencies:
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong Excel skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Initiative and enthusiasm
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Interest in aviation
- Capacity to analyze and interpret data
- Proficiency in SQL
- Proficiency in Tableau or other data analytical tools
