Job Description

We have a thrilling opportunity for an Assistant Project Coordinator to join our projects team. As an Assistant Project Coordinator, you will collaborate directly with the Project Manager to deliver our projects effectively and efficiently, working closely with clients, suppliers, and construction teams.

The ideal candidate should possess exceptional self-management skills and be able to articulate complex information and data clearly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing clear communication to all team members.
  • Establishing strong lines of communication through effective project monitoring and reporting.
  • Liaising with stakeholders to develop lasting relationships.
  • Collaborating with other project managers in the team as required.

Project Management

  • Attending key stage project reviews and weekly meetings with the team throughout all phases: design, procurement, construction, commercial, and project debriefs.
  • Assisting in implementing PCE's overall strategy for successful project delivery with the Project Manager and Project Director.

Commercial

  • Supporting commercial management alongside the Project Manager and QS, including cash flow establishment and payment milestones.
  • Influencing the commercial position and performance of the project through variations, change control, and commercial agreements.

Quality & Standards

  • Monitoring high standards for quality of information, service, and end product.
  • Ensuring adherence to relevant specifications and standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications.
  • Experience with internet systems and database programs.
  • Commitment to self-development.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels within the company.
