About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Funeral Director's Assistant. As a key member of our funeral services team, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients and their families during a difficult time.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Transportation and Vehicle Presentation: Ensure that our vehicles are presented in a high standard at all times, providing a dignified and respectful experience for our clients.
  2. Collaborative Support: Work closely with our team to bring the deceased into our care with dignity and respect, ensuring that every detail is attended to.
  3. Event Coordination: Oversee proceedings on the day of a funeral, ensuring that pre-arranged plans and ad-hoc requests are implemented with precision and care.
Requirements
  1. Customer Service Focus: Possess a strong customer service ethos and commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.
  2. Professional Attitude: Demonstrate a professional attitude with an empathetic and compassionate approach towards people, particularly those who are grieving.
  3. Driver's License: Hold a full, unrestricted driver's license.
