Enterprise Account Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Strategist to drive success across our highest opportunity accounts in the Construction industry.
You will serve as a strategic partner, helping customers adopt and maximize the value of our solutions. This involves understanding their business objectives, challenges, and industry-specific needs to drive success.
Key responsibilities include owning customer retention, ensuring renewals and reducing churn risk through proactive engagement, identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts, and collaborating with Sales to drive expansion.
The ideal candidate will have direct work experience in Construction or a strong track record of managing Enterprise customers in these industries.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers maximize the value of our platform.
- Understand customers' business objectives, challenges, and industry-specific needs to drive success.
- Own customer retention, ensuring renewals and reducing churn risk through proactive engagement.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with Sales to drive expansion.
