Oshc Coordinator

About The Role:

As a lead coordinator for before and after school care, you will have the opportunity to provide quality service to local families by managing your own OSHC service. This involves creating engaging programs with industry-leading tools, fostering positive relationships within the school community, and mentoring a team of educators to develop their skills and grow within the industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations of your OSHC service, including rostering and compliance documents.
  • Develop and implement programs that promote learning and development in children.
  • Become a mentor to your team of educators, guiding them to reach their full potential.
  • Ensure seamless communication with parents, carers, and school staff to build strong relationships.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire and motivate your team.
  • A passion for making a difference in children's lives, coupled with a strong commitment to delivering quality care.
  • A relevant qualification in early childhood education or a related field, preferably ACECQA recognised.
  • A valid Employee Working with Children's Check and willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting and National Criminal History Check.
