About the Opportunity

The Neighbourhood Coordinator is responsible for leading a team to deliver quality services supporting clients to stay independent in their own homes and connected to their local communities.

They will ensure their team fosters strong relationships with each client and their support circle, overseeing the coordination of services tailored to individual needs.

This role requires a Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as Aged Care or Health, and experience in supervising teams through ambiguity and change.

Key qualifications include:

  • Tertiary qualification in Aged Care, Health, or a related field
  • 2+ years' experience in team supervision and nurturing talent
  • Experience in Aged Care and/or Health environments
  • Strong understanding of client needs and ability to convert these into positive outcomes
  • Critical thinking skills with a focus on client-centric approaches
  • Budget planning and management abilities
  • Strong stakeholder relationships and communication skills
  • Passion for social change and contributing to vulnerable community members
  • Proficiency in computer applications and willingness to learn new systems
