Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Restaurant Supervisor to oversee our front-line team in a fast-paced customer service environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing small teams and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a small team, ensuring high standards of service and performance.
  • Maintain operational excellence in hospitality or food service settings.
  • Uphold quality and presentation standards to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Exhibit leadership by setting a positive example for team members.
  • Possess knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in basic computer skills.
  • Bring energy and initiative to the role, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Maintain a calm and approachable demeanor while managing team dynamics.
  • Exhibit reliability and flexibility in scheduling across a seven-day work week.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality, retail, or food service.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development.
  • Ability to thrive in a busy, customer-focused environment.
