Restaurant Supervisor Opportunity

Mad Mex is seeking a talented and energetic Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Marketown Newcastle.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing small front-line teams in busy customer service environments and a solid background in hospitality, retail, or food service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead small front-line teams to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and productive team culture.
  • Assist with training and development of team members.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels and control costs.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
  • High energy and initiative levels.
