About the Role:

  • Our organization requires a highly skilled Pump Fitter to manufacture and assemble package pump systems for various water types.
  • Responsibilities include repairing submersible and centrifugal pumps, as well as organizing warehouse operations.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for testing pumps to ensure functionality and performing general warehouse tasks as needed.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Forklift license is mandatory.
  • Australian work rights are required.
  • A valid Australian driver's license is essential, with a truck license being an advantage.
  • The ideal candidate should have ability to fit pipework and valves, along with general fabrication skills such as welding and understanding drawings.
  • Excellent organizational skills, experience working with checklists, and software systems are highly desirable.

Work Details:

  • This is a full-time, permanent position with expected hours of 38 per week.
  • The shift schedule will be 8 hours long, with overtime pay available.
