Job Title: Senior Manager, Credit Policy

A challenging opportunity exists for a Senior Manager to lead complex credit policy initiatives and contribute to strategic risk projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead credit policy initiatives and develop strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and mentor team members to ensure effective policy implementation.
  • Develop and maintain clear, compliant, and aligned credit policies that support the organization's goals.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in credit risk or financial services, with a strong understanding of credit origination and evaluation.
  • Confidence reviewing credit policies and frameworks, ideally with knowledge of regulatory standards.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to explain technical ideas to non-technical people.
  • A knack for solving problems and spotting opportunities to improve processes.
  • Familiarity with data tools like Power BI or Tableau, and an interest in using data to drive decisions.
