We are seeking an experienced Centre Manager to join our Real Estate Management Services team in Perth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for effectively managing and maximising the performance of our client's assets.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the presentation and maintenance of the asset to ensure a high standard of presentation at all times.
- Maintain close liaisons with landlords and foster effective working relationships with them and retailers.
- Drive the leasing of the Centre through local market contacts and assist the Colliers Leasing team in achieving and maintaining a zero vacancy level.
- Prepare all related contracts, reports, budgets, reconciliations, correspondence, and documentation.
- Assist in compiling and implementing the division's strategic plan and marketing strategy.
- Communicate frequently with owners and tenants, providing timely, relevant, and professional advice on all aspects of property management.
The successful candidate will hold a current Real Estate License and demonstrate proven experience in a Retail or Centre Management role. Strong financial experience and sound knowledge of relevant legislation are essential, as is the ability to prioritise and achieve business objectives. Effective communication and the ability to build positive working relationships are critical in this role.
