Occupational Therapists play a vital role in helping adults and children with various presentations.
The ideal candidate will have full Australian work rights, registration as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA or eligibility to obtain, a Degree in Occupational Therapy, a current driver's license, and a Police check and Working with Children check (or ability to obtain these before commencing work).
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. The successful applicant will be further developing their knowledge and skills to support clients with motor skills, ADLs, functional capacity assessments, and sensory disorders through to home modifications and prescriptions.
The Graduate PLUS program is designed to provide comprehensive support and guidance throughout the 12-month tenure. This includes:
- An intensive induction program with our Therapy Manager and Team Leaders to understand how to help clients achieve their goals.
- A reduced caseload for the first three months while getting familiar with the RTS team and processes.
- Ongoing supervision by a Clinical Supervisor who will assist in client sessions for the first 12 months.
- Quarterly professional development with our team of Occupational Therapists across the organisation.
- Monthly coaching from Clinic mentors to help achieve career goals.
- Buddy system for support during induction and beyond.
- Frequent clinical supervision in a safe and supportive environment.
