Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Medical Receptionist to join our team at Advantage Medical Tooradin. This role provides front-line services and has responsibilities including guiding patients through administrative and financial aspects of their treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide High-Quality Services: Provide high-quality reception and secretarial services to patients, doctors, and staff.
- Greet Patients: Greet patients and visitors in person and on the phone.
- Schedule Appointments: Schedule appointments for patients.
- Perform General Office Tasks: Perform general office and administrative duties.
- Clinic Operations: Open and close the clinic as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and IT skills.
- Previous Experience: Previous medical reception experience is advantageous.
- Multitasking Ability: Demonstrate the ability to multitask.
- Professionalism and Confidentiality: Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Best Practice Software: Experience using Best Practice software is advantageous.
- Attention to Detail: Possess critical attention to detail.
- Customer Service: Display excellent customer service skills.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
