Warehouse Inventory Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage our warehouse inventory.

  • Deliver requisitions to food and beverage outlets on time
  • Assist with daily banking, recording of kegs, post mix, and spirits transactions
  • Maintain optimal stock levels by reordering equipment and cellar supplies as needed
  • Conduct regular stock control checks to ensure accuracy
  • Receive all inventory delivered through the loading dock, verifying items against invoices and purchase orders
  • Follow dispensing measures according to established procedures and record waste items
  • Perform daily routine checks of bars to verify relevant cellar and post mix equipment is fully functional

Required Skills:

  • Familiarity with inventory management software
  • Experience in a cellar or stores environment (preferred)
  • Commitment to safety and maintaining a safe workplace
  • Current forklift license and RSA competency card
  • Understanding of food hygiene requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
