Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Coordinator to support our Operations & Maintenance team. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate tracking, and timely delivery of materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving, unpacking, and verifying deliveries
  • Recording, labeling, and storing parts, spares, and consumables
  • Managing inventory systems and replenishing stock
  • Preparing and dispatching equipment to the field
  • Conducting regular stock counts and audits
  • Supporting safe warehouse operations and field delivery logistics
  • Collaborating with Maintenance Technicians and Project Engineers to meet demand
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience in warehouse or inventory control
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (esp. Excel) and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP ByDesign preferred)
  • Current Forklift License (LF)
  • Full, valid Australian Driver's License
  • Ability to pass pre-employment checks including driver history, criminal record, and medical
