Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our organization. As a key financial business partner, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, timely invoicing, and compliance across multiple regions.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in a finance role. You will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, as well as the ability to interpret financial data, prepare reports, and support decision-making processes.

The role involves:

  • Issuing invoices and ensuring alignment with customer contracts
  • Supporting revenue recognition and monitoring sales vs invoicing
  • Collaborating with collection managers & sales on accounts receivable and collections
  • Reviewing Salesforce data for accuracy, flagging high-risk accounts, and supporting risk mitigation
  • Preparing reports and providing financial analysis to the finance & performance manager and leadership team
  • Assisting with month-end processes, statutory accounts, and audits
  • Providing support for local finance operations and responding to financial queries
