Fleet Management System Manager

With over 60 years of experience in the mining industry, we offer a range of services including surface and underground mining, civil construction, and resources engineering.

This role is responsible for setting clear fleet management strategies and plans, and leading the Fleet Management team to achieve production targets and company objectives.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, with at least 10 years of experience in managing and coordinating teams. They will also have a broad knowledge of technical mine engineering, including mine planning, scheduling, economic evaluation, and slope stability.

Other key responsibilities include engaging with the fleet management workforce and other departments to create a performance culture, and managing budgets in a multinational environment.
