Caregiver and Home School Educator Wanted for a Unique Family Role

This position combines teaching with childcare, providing education and care for four children aged 5-11 years old. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging home schooling lessons that meet the needs of different year levels and abilities.

The caregiver/educator will create a positive, structured learning environment that encourages responsibility, teamwork, and social interaction. They will also lead outdoor activities to promote physical health and wellbeing.

The successful applicant will possess:

  • A qualified primary school teaching background with experience in either classroom or home schooling environments.
  • Confidence in managing multiple year levels within a home setting.
  • Organisational skills to plan engaging lessons and activities.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with children and their parents.
  • An energetic and active approach to outdoor activities.
  • Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification.
