Senior Systems Administrator

We are seeking an accomplished Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for the technical operation and maintenance of complex systems and subsystems.
- You will provide high-level technical support and guidance to our NOC staff and Field Engineers, ensuring seamless system performance and minimizing downtime.
- Additionally, you will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to provide expert advice and support, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Schedule and execute planned maintenance activities during off-peak hours to minimize disruptions to our services.
- Accurately log and update all Help Desk tickets using industry-leading incident/call tracking software, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
- Escalate systemic issues that impact operations and customer satisfaction to engage further engineering support for root cause analysis and resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of supported system installations and configurations, adhering to Motorola Quality Installation Standards.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures and protocols to ensure consistent excellence in service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with documentation and quality standards for all system installations and configurations.
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Computer Systems Engineering or a related field (Extensive industry experience will be considered as an alternative).
- Desirable: Telecommunications, Land Mobile Radio (LMR) Motorola P25 System Experience Microsoft Windows Server and/or SQL certification CompTIA Linux+Cisco Certified Network Certification Juniper Certification ITIL Certification.
