As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for analyzing financial information, preparing financial reports, and maintaining records of assets, liabilities, profit, and loss for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Process Superannuation Fund Financial Statements and Tax Returns;
- Prepare and complete SMSF Audit work papers and reports;
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with all current, legal, and accounting reporting standards;
- Identify accounting and compliance issues;
- Complete requisite regulatory forms;
- Comply with lodgement program by meeting lodgement dates and requirements;
- Train and coach junior team members, acting as a mentor/buddy;
- Prepare documents for client meetings / assist with client meetings as required.
- Business/Commerce degree with Accounting Major;
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role;
- Strong communication and attention to detail skills;
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
- Committed to continuing professional development.
