Outpatient Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse/Midwife to join our team in Outpatients and Ambulatory Care. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing services across diverse clinical settings.
In this dynamic role, you will engage with a variety of clinical areas, including ENT, Vascular, Colorectal, Urology, Gastroenterology and Peri Operative Assessment. Your adaptability and commitment to patient-centred care will be essential as you navigate different healthcare environments, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support.
About YouWe are looking for a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse/Midwife who meets the following key requirements:
- Qualifications: Registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, holding a current practising certificate.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, with abilities in problem solving, conflict resolution, and effective teamwork in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Experience: At least one year of full-time equivalent post-registration experience, demonstrating competence in nursing practice aligned with industry standards.
- Knowledge: A solid understanding of the role of a Registered Nurse/Midwife, relevant legislation, and Quality Improvement Systems in healthcare.
