Key Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Chief Medical Officer to provide strategic clinical leadership, expertise, and guidance to deliver high-quality medical care.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement clinical governance strategies to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the performance of Visiting Medical Officers (VMOs), employed doctors, and doctors in training, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety, quality, and experience.
  • Collaborate on business development, service planning, and strategic initiatives to drive growth.
  • Represent the organization internally and externally, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications:
  • MBBS – Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Demonstrated expertise in healthcare management, including medical credentialing and root cause analysis.
