About the Role

As a Performance and Benefits Manager within the Consumer Bank Digital and Consumer Finance & Digital business, you will play a critical role in supporting the forward planning process to ensure that decisions in the Consumer Finance & Digital Transformation Program are commercially viable and aligned with strategic outcomes.

About You

You will oversee the articulation of business performance, collaborate with senior leadership to identify risks, and provide recommendations to drive improved outcomes. You'll also enable clear and consistent performance management processes, ensuring the business stays on track to achieve its objectives.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with the Personal Loans product, servicing, and acquisition teams and Digital Sales & Service team to define clear performance targets aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead Performance Updates: Lead monthly and weekly executive performance updates, offering insights into business performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Analyse Performance Metrics: Perform deep dive analysis to deeply understand performance metrics, identify trends, and drive strategic decisions.
  • Develop Dashboards: Develop dashboards and regular reports to deliver actionable insights, automating processes where possible to drive efficiency.
  • Support Forward Planning: Support forward planning of the Personal Loans and Digital Transformation portfolio, ensuring effective decision-making and prioritisation of initiatives based on commercial viability.
  • Model Scenarios: Model volume and benefit scenarios to maximise return on investment and drive business outcomes.
  • Establish Metrics: Partner with the delivery team to establish metrics and KPIs that track performance and adoption of new capabilities.
  • Provide Updates: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, showcasing performance to senior management across the Line of Business (LoB), Consumer Division, and wider bank.

About the Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
