About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Sheridan Perth Airport DFO Outlet.

This is a casual role, requiring the ability to work weekends, weekdays, and peak trade times, including public holidays and sale periods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service through meaningful interactions with our Sheridan customers
  • Selling of premium products with the ability to highlight features, benefits, and care instructions
  • Ensuring all stock is merchandised and presented to a high standard
  • Processing and replenishing stock according to company standards
  • Achieving sales and KPIs through consultation, service, visuals, and brand inspiration
