At Study Monkey Tuition, we're passionate about transforming students' school lives for the better. As a tutor, you'll be part of our vibrant and supportive work culture that allows our team members to grow in their role and have fun while doing it.

We believe our tutors are the backbone of our business and aim to create an environment where they feel fulfilled. Our tiered pay system allows tutors to quickly scale up to higher pay levels as they gain experience, with rates starting at $32.50/hour for in-person sessions and up to $40/hour. Online sessions are also available, with rates from $27.50/hour up to $35/hour.

To ensure our tutors succeed, we provide a ton of support. We offer regular 5-10 minute chats each fortnight to discuss session approaches and address any questions or concerns. Our team is always available to help source resources and make your job as easy as possible.

We understand flexibility is key, which is why we provide very flexible hours and can allocate clients/hours to suit your needs. All training is provided before you start, so no prior experience is necessary. With career progression opportunities available for outstanding applicants, you'll have the chance to take on new challenges and develop your skills.

The ideal candidate will possess a valid driver's license and car, as most of our students require in-person tutoring. You'll also need to have graduated Year 12, with no current school students being considered. A minimum commitment of 5 hours per week is required, with the potential for more if desired.
