Senior Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Lead to join our team at Air Liquide Australia. As a key member of our Pacific region, you will be responsible for developing and implementing optimal maintenance strategies to ensure the smooth operation of our Bulk and Onsite systems.
Key Responsibilities- Maintenance Strategy Development: Define, develop, and continuously improve systems to drive compliance with Industrial Management System (IMS) requirements for maintenance activities.
- Project Oversight: Manage, budget, and control standard on-site projects, including supplier selection and delivery deadlines.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with Sales teams to define customer needs, create offers, and present to clients.
- Enterprise Maintenance Programs: Develop and maintain Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) programs.
- Maintenance Cost Management: Develop maintenance cost management plans and budgets for Bulk and Onsite Installations.
- Technical Audits: Drive and follow up on technical audits, both internal and external.
- Process Performance Data: Collect, analyze, and review maintenance process performance data, formulating strategies and process improvements.
- Zero Accidents Initiative: Contribute to the achievement of 'Zero accidents' through leadership, active participation, planning, and follow-up for regional activities within focus areas.
- Education: Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in the gas industry, 10+ years of experience in cryogenics, and technical expertise in HyCO technology and operations, operation of onsite gas units, healthcare gas operations (medical facilities and hospitals installations).
- Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills, ability to present and communicate effectively, innovative thinking, and ability to influence leadership.
- Behavioral Traits: Can-do attitude, initiative to drive change, and ability to balance competing priorities and manage multiple projects in parallel.
