This role involves providing care and support to residents living in our aged care home, helping them maintain their quality of life. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Providing assistance with daily living activities such as showering, personal hygiene, dressing, and mealtime support
  • Helping with medication management and simple wound dressings
  • Supporting residents in community-based recreational and social activities

You'll work closely with other team members to ensure our residents receive the best possible care and support. We're looking for someone who is certified in Aged Care or Individual Support, although previous experience is not necessary if you have a passion for aged care.

What you need to succeed:

  • Certification in Aged Care or Individual Support (or willingness to obtain)
  • Previous experience in aged care (not essential but preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
