Job Opportunity: Building Supervisor

The Role:

In this role, you will oversee small to medium insurance repair projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting property inspections and assessments
  • Preparing detailed scopes, quotes, and reports for allocated jobs
  • Coordinating subcontractors, ordering materials, and managing job site activities
  • Monitoring timelines, budgets, and quality control
  • Communicating effectively with clients, insurers, and subcontractors
  • Meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Servicing Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, and/or Gold Coast regions

What We Are Looking For:

- Minimum 5 years' building/trade experience

- Cert IV in Building and Construction (or currently studying)

- Strong trade management and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (written and verbal)

- Customer-focused, professional approach

- Competence with technology (smart devices, job management systems)

- Current and valid driver's license
