Senior Product Designer

The RoleWe're seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our Platforms team, where you'll design and develop the operating system for the music industry. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you'll collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences and drive business growth.
Responsibilities- Lead the design process for core features, ensuring seamless user experiences and adherence to our design system.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to drive great outcomes for our customers.
- Develop and maintain our design system, ensuring consistency and adoption across our product portfolio.
- Conduct customer research and discovery to inform design decisions and prioritize features.
- Identify pain points and areas for improvement within our UX, working with the team to plan and execute enhancements.
- Provide feedback and critique to peers, contributing to the evolution of our processes and quality of work.
- At least 3 years of experience in User Research, UX Design, UI Design, and Product Discovery.
- Experience with design systems, including rolling out changes and supporting adoption.
- Strong facilitation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to move between research, design, and development phases.
