About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Crew Labourer to join our team in Lutwyche, QLD.

This role involves working as part of a crew to undertake civils works and cable hauling tasks. To be considered for this opportunity you will have previous experience working in the Telecommunications industry as a Cable Hauler or similar.

  • Hold a valid driver's licence (manual preferred)
  • White card
  • Right to work in Australia

You will also need to be physically fit to undertake the demands of this role and have good communication skills.

The successful candidate will be reliable, punctual, and able to ensure all field work is of a high quality consistent with relevant Health & Safety policies and procedures.

This role will suit a highly motivated and outcome driven individual who has a passion for delivering positive client outcomes and effective stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

  • To act in accordance with relevant Occupational Health & Safety Legislation and company policies
  • To perform all specified duties under the company's ISO Accredited Management System
  • To communicate effectively with other team members and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Pipe Proving/Scoping for cable install including pit and duct replacements
  • NBN enAble Induction
  • Basic Civil works experience
  • Asbestos Awareness Training
