Wine Expert Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to curate and manage our wine program, enhancing the overall guest experience.

  • Ambitious candidate with strong knowledge in local, national, and international wine
  • Experience in fine dining and/or high volume restaurants as a Sommelier/Wine Waitstaff
  • Possess valid Certificate of Responsible Service of Alcohol
  • WSET or CMS qualification or equivalent advantageous

This position involves working closely with the culinary team to develop wine pairings that complement the menu, providing expert advice to guests on wine selection, and overseeing the proper storage, service, and inventory of wines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for wine, excellent communication skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

We require a team member who can work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
