We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Support Officer to join our team in Townsville. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and thorough information in response to customer queries and escalations through inbound and outbound customer contact.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner
- Completing daily data entry and administration duties and requirements
- Working with spreadsheets and generating reports as required
- Inspecting and investigating freight throughout the Depot and speaking with staff members on the floor
- Coordinating with customers face-to-face who come in to collect deliveries
What You'll Bring
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a customer-focused mindset, strong organisational skills, and excellent time management skills. You will also need to be able to work well in a team environment and have a high attention to detail.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. You will also need to be able to complete a Pre-Employment Medical in line with role requirements and Work Health & Safety.
