Maintenance and Engineering Leadership Opportunity

Job Summary:

We seek an accomplished Maintenance and Engineering Manager to lead our Reliability Maintenance and Engineering Team at a Fulfillment Center in Sydney.

This position is accountable for maintaining a safe, standard, and efficient work environment by training, developing, and coaching a team of up to 10 maintenance professionals.

The successful candidate will deliver high equipment availability through preventative maintenance and ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures.

  • Lead and support the maintenance team to maintain site operations in a safe, standard, and efficient manner.
  • Work with the team and wider network to harness technical expertise and build solutions.
  • Implement network standards and focus on preventative maintenance to provide high equipment availability.
  • Ensure sufficient technical coverage for shifts by organizing and directing the training program for the team.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience delivering leadership to a team of +10 direct reports, with an emphasis on growth and development and team member engagement.
  • Formal trade qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a degree in a technical discipline.
  • Experience with automated equipment, data analysis tools, PLC-based control systems, and project management processes.
